Terms & Conditions

• Participants must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• All courses are delivered in English. It is a requirement that participants attend with. Appropriate language, literacy and numeracy skills necessary to complete the course. Where there is doubt as to the language, literacy and numeracy skills of a participant, pretesting may be required to ensure the minimum required standard is met prior to enrolment.
• A Unique Student Identifier (USI) must be provided prior to AQF certification being issued.
• AQF certification will be issued within 30 days of successful completion providing that a USI has been verified and there is no payment outstanding. Non AQF certification is subject to the same terms.
• Experience in the gaming/liquor/hospitality industry is an advantage but not essential.
• Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is offered to all participants.
• Payment of course fees is required in full is required prior to the commencement of training; subject to the Executive Officer’s discretion.
• All cancellations and requests for refunds must be received in writing.
• Cancellations received 7 working days or more prior to the training date will receive a full refund less the $10 administration fee.
• Cancellations received under 7 working days prior to the training date will not be entitled to a refund subject to individual circumstances and the discretion of the Executive Officer.
• The Jackpot Club reserves the right to postpone or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances.
