Participants must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
All courses are delivered in English. It is a requirement that participants attend with. Appropriate language, literacy and numeracy skills necessary to complete the course. Where there is doubt as to the language, literacy and numeracy skills of a participant, pretesting may be required to ensure the minimum required standard is met prior to enrolment.
A Unique Student Identifier (USI) must be provided prior to AQF certification being issued.
AQF certification will be issued within 30 days of successful completion providing that a USI has been verified and there is no payment outstanding. Non AQF certification is subject to the same terms.
Experience in the gaming/liquor/hospitality industry is an advantage but not essential.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is offered to all participants.
Payment of course fees is required in full is required prior to the commencement of training; subject to the Executive Officer’s discretion.
All cancellations and requests for refunds must be received in writing.
Cancellations received 7 working days or more prior to the training date will receive a full refund less the $10 administration fee.
Cancellations received under 7 working days prior to the training date will not be entitled to a refund subject to individual circumstances and the discretion of the Executive Officer.
The Jackpot Club reserves the right to postpone or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances.
